Rediscover Eastbourne
A Crusader customer favourite, revised for 2017!

Chances are you have visited Eastbourne on a few occasions but you won't want to miss this one! Stay in the Best Western York House Hotel - a Crusader customer favourite, on the seafront, enjoy a rail journey on the East Sussex railway and a visit to a perfect English Castle, Bodiam and the medieval gem of Rye.

Fascinating history

Weymouth history is fascinating. Look up just about anywhere in town and you'll see some historical feature - from locally carved stonemasonry and gargoyles to wooden décor or construction dates on the fronts of strangely shaped buildings. For an utterly peaceful and beautiful experience, stroll through the Nothe Gardens, Weymouth's Victorian sub-tropical garden overlooking the bay. With views of Portland to the right and Swanage in the far distance on the left, these gardens are unique. Wander through mature tree-lined rhododendron walks, teaming with squirrels and birds and stroll out onto a large grassy area, bounded by the Nothe Fort on the left, sloping down to the sea. Here you can just sit and marvel at the beauty of Weymouth Bay, or relax in the warm sun.

Newquay & Cream of Cornwall
The finest coastline and beaches in Europe

Head to Great Britain's most southerly point on the mainland and you will find yourself in Cornwall. The mainland's sunniest climate is a beautiful peninsular tumbling into the Atlantic Ocean. It has drawn the attention of many visitors for centuries, from the pirates which have given this county its own flag, to the thrill seekers playing along the rugged coastline, to gentler folk enjoying the fishing towns and beautiful gardens.  Newquay boasts the finest coastline and beaches in Europe and is unquestionably Cornwall's finest resort.

The Eden Project in Cornwall is home to the largest indoor rainforest in the world. People flock from all over the country to see this spectacular attraction. The huge biomes create tropical and Mediterranean environments and house thousands of unusual plants from all over the world. The Eden Project, an educational charity, connects us with each other and the living world, exploring how we can work towards a better future. This popular visitor destination in Cornwall, is nestled in a huge crater. Here, massive Biomes housing the largest rainforest in captivity, stunning plants, exhibitions and stories serve as a backdrop to their striking contemporary gardens.

It may face the English Channel, rather than the Med, but the coast around Torquay has long been dubbed the English Riviera; famous for palm trees, piers and russet-red cliffs. At first glance, Torquay itself is the quintessential English seaside resort, a mild microclimate and an azure circle of bay have drawn visitors from far and wide. Combined all this with these luxury hotels makes the perfect choice.
