Brussels with the Carpet of Flowers A day in the Belgian capital with an included entrance to the balcony of the City Hall for the best ‘wide-angle’ view of the show-stopping 'Flower Carpet'. NB Brussels City Hall is a historic building with steps up to the balcony (small lift available). You can also access the Grand Place itself to walk around the Flower Carpet and enjoy some free time in the capital before heading back to Bruges
