Using half a million locally grown dahlias, twenty nearby villages compete to craft giant, elaborate floats covered in the pom-pom like blooms. DAY 1 To Dover for ferry to France and onto Holland for your 3-night stay in central Breda, an unexpected delight of a city with a beautiful historic heart and a distinctive bon-vivant atmosphere. BB with 3-course set dinner included on the first night

Zundert Flower Parade The highlight of the weekend – the 'Corso Zundert'. The biggest flower parade in the world is held in the quaint Dutch village of Zundert, birthplace of Vincent Van Gogh. Marvel at the riot of colour as the towering floats pass by. Included ticket with numbered seating

Fortress Town of Heusden Off to the picture-postcard little Brabant town of Heusden. Picturesque old streets, narrow alleyways and a lovely yacht harbour – all wrapped in a fortified river-moat.
