What service can you provide for my group?
As well as providing a coach we can book your hotels, sea crossings and excursions via our extensive network of contacts in the UK and Mainland Europe. Looking for an evening of wine tasting, or food & drink vouchers for the ferry? Just let us know.

Are Crusader Holidays Bonded Coach Holidays (BCH) accredited?
Yes, we are BCH accredited. BCH safeguards your money in the unlikely event that your BCH tour operator ceases trading. Under the scheme you are guaranteed repayment of monies paid and It also ensures the completion of your holiday if it has already started.

How many people do I need for a private group booking?
Our private group packages require a minimum of 20 people travelling.

Can my group join one of your brochure tours?
Yes, groups of all sizes are very welcome to join one of our brochure tours from over 115 joining points across the South East of England, you even get a discount! (not available for online bookings).

This is my first time organising a group holiday, how can you help?
At Crusader Holidays we have extensive experience in taking care of private groups and have the know-how to make your group holiday a great success. Your dedicated Groups Specialist will provide full support in planning, booking and promoting your holiday from start to finish.

Can you handle the money on our groups behalf?
Yes, we are happy for your group members to pay their deposits and balances to us individually. Alternatively, you can collect funds for your group and pay us in a lump sum via cheque, debit/credit card or bank transfer – whatever works best for you.

Does the Group Leader get a free place?
Yes, unless agreed otherwise, we include a free place for the group leader within all of our private group packages.

Where do you pick up from?
For a private group booking we pick up from wherever is convenient to you, as long as the coach fits! Multiple pick up points are also not a problem.

What coaches do you use?
At Crusader Holidays we have a fleet of 10 modern luxury 49 seater coaches, plus, being part of the Motts Travel Group we have access to over 50 vehicles ranging from 19 to 74 seats.

I like one of your group packages but don’t want to travel by coach, can you help?
No coach? No problem. We can offer all of our group packages on a self-drive basis. Please contact our Groups Department who will be happy to discuss this with you.
